Do you offer free estimates?
In most cases, we provide a quote or price range based on the information, descriptions, and images you provide. We do not generally offer free on-site estimates unless the expected project cost is over $2,000. For repiping projects, we offer a free on-site visit if the estimated price is accepted.
While straightforward jobs can be estimated over the phone, more complex issues may require further investigation. In such cases, we provide a ballpark estimate based on our experience, with final pricing determined after an on-site assessment if necessary.
Do You have a Service Call fee? What Is It And How Much?
Yes, our service call fee $90$. A service call is simply a service that is rendered when a homeowner or business owner has a problem or malfunction that they need examined or diagnosed. If we cannot define the problem using pictures or description and we need to come then the fee is applied. A service call fee is the fee that is charged in order for the service technician(s) to come out and perform the service. Normally, the fee is meant to cover common expenses associated with each service call. Some of the areas of expenses include travel expenses and travel time, service vehicle expenses. Service call fee This is would apply to any service that is needed. A service is needed. A service company is called to come out and provide that service.
Can I provide my own materials for the job?
Yes, you can provide your own materials or fixtures. However, we cannot take responsibility if the materials are incorrect, incompatible, or do not fit the existing conditions. If the provided materials do not fit or are not suitable, please note that service call charges will apply for our time. Additionally, extra charges may be incurred if we need to source the correct parts or spend time adjusting the installation.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling us directly or by filling out the 'Service Request Form' on our website. We will respond promptly with any additional questions or to confirm your booking.
When can I get an appointment?
We strive to complete jobs quickly, and in most cases, we can offer same-day appointments if we have availability. Larger jobs can be scheduled for the following days. We're flexible with bookings and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays. If you request service outside of our normal hours, it will be considered a special request, and service rates will be 2X higher. Please note that after 5 pm, it can be challenging to navigate Houston due to traffic and the closure of plumbing supply stores, which may limit access to necessary parts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, Zelle, and Venmo payments. Credit and debit cards are also accepted, but please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount for card payments.
